What we do

What we will not do
- Quote a building without a site. A square-foot number with no lot behind it is not an estimate.
- Take a large deposit up front. Payment follows the stages of the build, not the signing of the contract.
- Change the plan without a change order. Every change is priced and signed before it is built.
